# What is Dion Pro?

Dion is free to download and use with one source, basic playback, and a basic program guide. **Dion Pro** supports development and unlocks the full experience.

## What Pro unlocks

- **Unlimited sources** — add as many M3U, Xtream, Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, SMB, WebDAV, and manifest sources as you want.
- **Remove the player watermark.**
- **Cross-device sync and backup** — resume on any device: iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple TV. See [how sync and backup work](/support/sync-and-backup/how-sync-and-backup-work).
- **Full EPG** — the complete program guide experience.
- **Picture in Picture and background audio** (iPhone, iPad, and Mac).
- **Offline downloads** (iPhone, iPad, and Mac).
- **Advanced player controls**, such as subtitle delay adjustment.
- **Source management tools** — hide libraries, content types, and categories per source.
- **Trailers, recommendations, and cast pages.**

## Plans

Pro is available as a **monthly** or **yearly** subscription, or a one-time **lifetime** purchase. Current prices are listed on the [pricing section](/#pricing) of our site and on the in-app paywall.

Pro supports **Apple Family Sharing**, so you can share your purchase with up to five family members.

## Managing your subscription

- Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID, like any App Store subscription.
- Once subscribed, **Settings** shows a **Manage** button where you can view and change your plan.
